Teresa Gay Willis

Teresa Gay Willis, age 64, passed away February 26, 2020 at her residence. She was born in Dickenson County and resided in Wise County for the last 18 years. She was a member of the Old Regular Baptist Church and a 1974 graduate of Clintwood High School. She was a former employee of The Clintwood Garment Company. She was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Harold Willis; her parents, Bobby Lee and Janet Elkins; her grandparents, Ted and Samantha Stanley and Toby and Mertie Elkins; and infant sister Carla Fay. Survivors Include: Two Daughters: Amy (Jr) McClain of Coeburn, Virginia and Kristi (Jr) Greear of Coeburn, Virginia One Son: Shawn (Michelle) Mullins of Clarksville, Tennessee Two Sisters: Rita (Brian) Greene of Clintwood, Virginia and Natalie Elkins Davis of Clintwood, Virginia Two Brothers: Jeff (Cindy) Elkins of Norton, Virginia and Bobby (Laura) Elkins of Clintwood, Virginia Grandchildren: Bobby and Ben Triplett, Cole, Jaxson, and Sundara Willis, Michael and Zachary, Hailey and Nicole Mullins, Eric and Garrett McClain, Bryce Hughes, and Ashley McClain Great Grandchildren: Mia, Maddex, Luke, Hunter, Isaiah, Haley, Terri, Kaitlyn, and Ashton A host of special nieces and nephews The family will receive friends Monday, March 2, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel with services to follow at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Elders Carson Wright, Earl Dean Yates, Ronnie Willis, and Jerry Overstreet officiating. Burial will follow in the Crabtree-Elkins Cemetery, Longs Fork Section, Clintwood, Virginia. Pallbearers will be Brian Green, JR McClain, JR Greear, Nathan Fleming, Toby and Brayden Elkins, and Eric and Garrett McClain. Honorary Pallbearers will be grandsons and Deventae Mooney and brothers Jeff Elkins and Bobby Elkins. Special thanks to my girls at Intrepid Home Health, Melissa, Angie, Susan, Maggie, Jessica, Stacy, Carmelita, and Jason and to Dennis, the guy I didn’t meet.
