Annette Blair Ratliff was reunited with her heavenly father and the love of her life, William Esley Ratliff on June 24, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, Esley Ratliff; daughter, Patricia Gail Ratliff; parents, Ananais Blair Sr. and Princess Margaret Sloan Blair; sisters, Lilly Kendrick, Margaret Kinder, Loretta Parsons, Linda Branham, and Brenda Mefford; brothers, Ananais Blair, Jr., Ray Daniel Blair, and David Blair. Survivors Include: Three Daughters: Sonja Ratliff of Clintwood, Lila Cox (Paul) of Clintwood and Donita Ratliff Kennedy (Wade) of Kingsport, Tennessee One Sister: Donna Wilson of Pikeville, Kentucky Grandchildren: Tanya Vance Peak of Clintwood, Johnny Ivan Vance, Jr., of Clintwood, Shana Vance Lucas (Trent) of Wise, Amanda Reynolds (Bart) of Pound, Courtland Aaron Mullins and William Gregory Mullins of Kingsport, Tennessee Foster Grandsons and Granddaughters: John Hamilton of Tennessee, Chester Hamilton of Texas, and Tracy Fletcher (deceased) Great Grandchildren: Jonathan Harley Peak, Kayla Anderson, Riley Davidson Peak, Johnny Ivan Vance, III (Taylor), Kimberly Blankenship (Dalton), Layton Vance, Lelan Vance, Ashton Lucas, Isaiah Reynolds (Cami), Maddox Reynolds, and Austin Reynolds Great Great Grandchildren: Bentley Peak, Irelynd Peak, Neveya Green, Amir Johnson, Daniel Maddox Yates, and Benjamin Owens The family will receive friends Friday, July 1, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services to be conducted at 12:00 p.m. Frank Hall, Manie Strouth, and Verdell Mullins will officiate. Burial will follow at Green Hills Cemetery, Ramey Flats Section, Clintwood, Virginia. Pallbearers: Jonathan Harley Peak, Riley Davidson Peak, Courtland Mullins, William Mullins, Isaiah Reynolds, Maddox Reynolds, Austin Reynolds, Bill Peak, Bart Reynolds, Dalton Owens, Johnny Ivan Vance III, Ashton Lucas, and Kevin Peak She will be missed by a host of friends and family. Isaiah Chapter 40 Verse 31: "But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."
