Coleen Dale

January 1, 1954 - February 11, 2022

Coleen Dale, age 68, of Norton, Virginia went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 11, 2022. She was surrounded by her family. She fought a courageous battle until the end. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jay and Gloria Stanley, her faithful companion, Rascal, and her brother and best friend, Wayne Stanley. We can only imagine the fun they are having on a fishing bank and going to yard sales. She left behind her most precious gifts from God: Her Children: Roger Salyers Jr (Jennifer) of Coeburn, Virginia, Missy Dingus (Matthew) of Clintwood, Virginia, and Renee Ayers (Roger) of Appalachia, Virginia Her Grandchildren: Roger Salyers III “Bub”, Dylan Dockery, Megan Austin (Logan) Hobie Salyers, Andrew Bentley, Chloe Bentley “Fat Baby”, Dexter Ayers, Montgomery Dingus, Marshal Dingus, Isabella Salyers, and Gabby Collins Five Great Grandchildren: Hunter Salyers, Conner Salyers, Jaycee Salyers, Layla Salyers, and Hudson Austin A host of friends who all called her Granny A friend who was like a sister: Jewel Dockery The family will receive friends Monday, February 14, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 7:00 p.m. with Larry Damron officiating. Masks are optional. Family and friends are asked to meet at Mullins Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. to proceed to the McClain-Stanley Cemetery, McClure, Virginia where a graveside service will be conducted. Burial will follow. Pallbearers will be Roger “Bub” Salyers, Hobie Salyers, Andrew Bentley, John Bentley, Jared Addison, Montgomery Dingus, Marshal Dingus, and Dillan Dockery.
