Steve Randall Dingus

October 3, 1949 - February 13, 2021

Steve Randall Dingus, age 71, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2021 at Norton Community Hospital. He was born in Wise County and had lived in Dickenson County for 25 years. He was a member of Pine Creek Freewill Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father, Lowell Dingus; his father and mother in law, Robert and Mollie Mullins; and nephew, Preston Dingus. Survivors Include: Wife: Sheila Mullins Mother: Betty Rheinbolt of Mt. Carmel, Tennessee Son: Steven Dwayne Dingus of Wise, Virginia One Sister: Karen McCray of Pound, Virginia One Brother: Terry Dingus of Pound, Virginia Two Grandsons: Steven Tanner Dingus of Pound, Virginia and Dalton Cole Dingus of Wise, Virginia Many In Laws, many extended family members, and nieces and nephews Steve was a humble man with a sweet sense of humor and loved the Lord. The family will receive friends Saturday, February 20, 2021 from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m. at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel. A Celebration of Life service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. with Terry Mullins officiating. Burial will follow in the Phipps Memorial Cemetery, Main Street, Clintwood, Virginia. A Celebration of Life dinner will be held at Valley View Church after the funeral. Covid-19 guidelines will be required and masks will be required. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
