Wyatt Marcus Leftwich, age 63, passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at Johnson City Medical Center. He was born in St Louis, Missouri and had resided in Dickenson County since 2008. He was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Harold Leftwich. Survivors Include: Mother: Virginia Leftwich Sisters: Elizabeth Adams of Maryville, Tennessee, Judith Leftwich of Columbia, Missouri, and Catherine Leftwich of Dallas, Georgia Brother: Bret Leftwich of Dante, Virginia Two Nephews: Jessie Adams and Marcus Adams One Niece: Jackie Leftwich Wyatt’s wishes were to be cremated.
